Three things in my life I love, family, beautiful food & wine and great music. Sadly for me but luckily for you I can neither sing nor rip a face melting guitar solo to change the world of rock ‘n’ roll. So that leaves you and I with my next great love (outside family) beautiful food & wine. Starting in hospitality at an age younger than that of most pop stars, I have worked in bars and restaurants both in Australia and overseas, I took the reins of my first hotel at the age of 23 and after a travelling break returned to build a career in hospitality managing hotels, bars and restaurants such as Adelaide icons Crown & Sceptre and Queen St Cafe. After which I realised, hell I love wine, love talking about it, love drinking it! BING - the light bulb came on and I decided to turn my attention full time to wine joining the motley crue at winedirect.com.au. So here’s the deal; I leave the music to The Boss, Neil Young and co and you and I can concentrate on the wine!
