Sparkling Rosé Wines

A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonay and Pinot Meunier, fashioned from vineyards in Epernay, Pierry, Chouilly and Barbonne. 10% is aged in oak and 10% of the finished wine is sourced from the Bouché Reserve wine program, which is held in oak. A slightly pink sparkling this one. It’s labelled rosé but to us seems much more like a traditional cool climate Chardy Pinot sparkling and a bloody good one at that. It has a very fine bead, aromas of stonefruit and red fruits along with a little brioche. Flavours follow suit and introduce cherries and a creamy aspect. This is delicious. Learn More
