- Bird in Hand Sparkling Pinot Noir 2022$29.00Grown on the estate and sourced from quality growers, the grapes are and destemmed straight into the press to retain delicacy and aromatics and minimise colour transfer from the skins. The wine’s salmon pink colour is matched with a delicate strawberry aroma along with citrus blossom. The palate offers cherry & strawberry flavours and a creamy texture. The refined structure of the wine is highlighted by its subtle acidity and the elegance of very fine beading. Learn More

- Leconfield Syn Sparkling Coonawarra RoséSpecial Price $20.00 Regular Price $22.00A slightly pink sparkling this one. It’s labelled rosé but to us seems much more like a traditional cool climate Chardy Pinot sparkling and a bloody good one at that. It has a very fine bead, aromas of stonefruit and red fruits along with a little brioche. Flavours follow suit and introduce cherries and a creamy aspect. This is delicious. Learn More
