Every year we bust out a best of 'Straya (Australia) mixed doz Summer celebration type pack. Sometimes they sell truckloads, other times they sell bugger all. We'll leave you to vote with your wallets on this one, but we reckon it is far and away the best to date, featuring 3 whites and 9 reds which are amongst the best wines we produce here in Oz. Here are 6 exceptional white wines including a Vermentino rated 97pt by James Halliday -making it his equal 6th highest rated white out of 1779 2022 vintage white wines! Plus, Grant Burge’s delicious, trophy-winning Pearl SB, fresh off its trophy in the Royal Adelaide Wine Show. There’s Trophy Winning Margaret River SSB, cracking 95pt Kilikanoon Meymans Riesling, and plenty more besides.

Here’s a dozen Shiraz from the Barossa, the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale, with a 95-point Clare Shiraz, 95 pointers from McLaren Vale and a trio of Shiraz made by former Penfolds winemaker Oliver Crawford.

We’ve also included a bonus bottle of Yaldara’s Grand Cuvée, which Sam Kim has just rated at 96 points, saying ‘This is superbly ripe and perfumed with black/blueberry, vanillin oak, warm spice and mocha notes on the nose.
