Wine Goodness Guarantee
Wine can be very subjective – it’s one of the reasons we love it so much – it can perfectly offset a romantic dinner or can stir up quite an impassioned debate – we’re just as likely to be at logger-heads over a wine on the tasting bench as we are to be uproariously laughing with glasses a-chinking in celebration of a drop we all love. Rest assured, we work hard on the tasting bench to ensure we only select the highest quality wines to stock. In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from winedirect.com.au then we are more than happy to replace the product or refund your money, whatever you choose.
Simply contact us on 1800 64 9463 or email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to let us know why you are not satisfied and we'll organise to get the remaining unused wines back to us and refund you in full (including the freight cost if any) an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus up to two opened bottles. We cannot accept returns where more than two bottles have been opened and the goods must still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and not damaged.
We will refund your money back to the credit card used to make the original purchase once we have received the goods in a satisfactory condition. This will usually happen within 72 hours, but in some cases may take an additional 2 or more business days to show on your account.
If winedirect.com.au reasonably believes that a customer is abusing our Wine Goodness Guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse that request for refund or return.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
