A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonay and Pinot Meunier, fashioned from vineyards in Epernay, Pierry, Chouilly and Barbonne. 10% is aged in oak and 10% of the finished wine is sourced from the Bouché Reserve wine program, which is held in oak. 100% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru Pierry Village, the Grand Cru Chouilly Village and Barbonne. 10% oak aging and 30% reserve wine are employed in the creation of this intense and complex cuvée. Even the liquoring wine spends 18 months in oak. Lees ageing in bottle for a full 4 years prior to disgorgement.
