The second half of this vinous tryst is the Colours of the South Pinot Gris 2024. This is lively and fruit-driven take on Pinot Gris, bursting with aromas of ripe pear, apple and spice. The palate is superbly textural, thanks to the fruit having been picked ripe and time spent being lees stirred on old French oak. It is an absolute joy to drink.
