These are vibrant, textural, and offer pure drinking pleasure. You'll get 3 bottles each of the Miss Zilm Pinot Gris 2023 which is beautifully balanced, offering lifted aromas of ripe pear, stone fruit, cinnamon and a hint of jasmine. The palate is silky and textured, with flavours of spiced apple, citrus zest, and a delicate minerality, finishing with refreshing acidity. The second half of this vinous tryst is the Colours of the South Pinot Gris 2024. This is lively and fruit-driven take on Pinot Gris, bursting with aromas of ripe pear, apple and spice. The palate is superbly textural, thanks to the fruit having been picked ripe and time spent being lees stirred on old French oak. It is an absolute joy to drink.
