Turkey Flat GSM — a stunner
And more
The kind of bottles that cuddle up to a Margherita or that prosciutto/rocket/buffalo mozz combo like they were made for it.
Plus, in place of slinging you a garlic bread, we'll send...
A bottle of Dandelion’s flagship Grenache —

Learn More - Best Sellers from our End of Wine-ancial Year SaleRegular Price $664.00 $265.00
This lot features the top-selling reds from our recent End of Wine-ancial Year Sale – and here’s the kicker:
You’re getting them for even less than they were during the sale, cause our mixed pack offers are always on point.
These wines were snapped up fast – ordered, reordered, and ordered again – and now you can grab the whole lineup in one epic value dozen.
To seal the deal, we’ve made it a baker’s dozen, throwing in a bottle of Yaldara’s Grand Cuvée Shiraz 2022 – a $250 RRP Barossa powerhouse.
Learn More - The McLaren Vale Red DozenRegular Price $764.00 $295.00
We love McLaren Vale here at winedirect.com.au. These reds have soul – rich, fruit-driven and generous – drinking beautifully from the first glass to the last.
They’re relaxed enough to lift a pizza after mid-week sport, but easily classy enough to eyeball a fillet steak on Friday night.
This pack brings together six absolute beauties, including Oliver’s Taranga Shiraz 2022 – from a Halliday 5 Red Star winery and Grange grower, this is pure McLaren power with polish to spare. There's Pasha Shiraz 2021 – A 97-point, $100-a-bottle stunner that balances opulence and finesse in one hell of a package. From Dowie Doole, their flagship Architect Cabernet Sauvignon, a 96-pointer and, in our view, one of the best Cabs coming out of the Vale right now. Dandelion Vineyards 'Treasure Trove' Grenache 2019 – vibrant, silken, and wildly aromatic. Staff orders are full of this stuff – and for good reason. And if that's not quite enough, and to be fair 'cos there are 12 slots in the box, Showblock's ‘Rosie’ Red 2019 – A bold, full-throttle blend that’s rich, ripe, and ready to go. Big wine, big flavour, big fun.

Learn More - The Clare Valley Red DozenRegular Price $496.00 $199.00
Here’s your chance to stock up on Clare Valley classics without the premium price tag. This dozen features standout Shiraz and Cabernet from top-tier producers including Kilikanoon, Leasingham, Mitchell, Claymore and more...
Mitchell and Leasingham Bin 61 both have industry legendary status. The Claymore Dark Side is a dark horse - a cracking wine at sub $30 a bottle. Kilikanoon, though later on the scene than Mitchell and Leasingham, arguably overshadow both now, given the sheer amount of accolades they have accrued in the last 20 years.
This is a who’s who of the region – powerful, polished reds from top vintages, all for just over $16 a bottle. That’s over $300 off RRP, and every wine is a serious drop in its own right.
Drink now, or cellar with confidence.
Learn More - Vulgar Display of PowerRegular Price $1,650.00 $450.00
These are exceptional Shiraz, and you'll want to consider taming their inherent power with a quick decant before you get into them. You'll see the aromatics lift and the powerful black fruits, loosen and relax.
3 feisty Barossans here, and a McLaren Vale stonker. The Nelder Road, made by Dave Powell, who founded Torbreck and has actually gone on to even greater acclaim since then, is incredible.
These are jack hammering riffs of molten goodness in a bottle, all laden with just enough sumptuously powerful fruit to make them absolutely compelling.
Learn More - Mostly Shiraz & RieslingRegular Price $896.00 $295.00
Lots of goodness here starting with Forester's multiple Trophy winning Shiraz. This is 86% Margaret River Shiraz blended with Fer. Fer is an ancient varietal, likely of Basque country origin which is widely planted in Southwest France, and generally makes up 100% of reds coming out of the Marcilliac region. It is prized for its impenetrable black coloring and density of fruit. Flavours sit in the blackberry, cherry and black tea spectrums, and the variety also typically offers a pleasing smokiness. Next up, the Angas King Reserve Clare Shiraz, which is black, rich and smooth. Dowie Doole's Architect might be the best Shiraz in the pack - it offers incredible density of fruit and great length. Finally, Kilikanoon's Meyman's Shiraz is a stone cold stunner. Packed with intense fruit, it also offers fragrance, savoury notes and subtle complexities. The whites are all Riesling, Lone Palm's Old Vine Eden, packed with steely citrus and offering excellent persistence and Kilikanoon's linear Clare lovely. Oh, we've rounded out the pack with a bonus bottle of Yaldara's $250 RRP Grand Cuvée Shiraz!
Learn More - Spellbinding ChardonnayRegular Price $300.00 $180.00
6 magical Chardies here. Evan's and Tate Redbrook, which picked up gold at the Adelaide Show, is creamy and complexed with stunning French oak. The Hirsch Hill is this Yarra winery's Flagship Chardy - with powerful fruit and assertive acidity, it will cellar well. The Picardy is one of the best Chardonnays made in Oz. Made entirely from clones imported from Burgundy, it offers complexity, depth and class. We can comfortable recommend all of these for your consideration!
Learn More - A Bangin' Baker's Dozen v2.0Regular Price $732.00 $180.00
Quaffing prices here for quality reds inc Barossa Shiraz, Adelaide Hills Shiraz, Langhorne Shiraz, a stunning, old vine Clare Shiraz from Mitchell, a cracking reserve Clare Shiraz and a very special $250 a bottle Barossa Shiraz behemoth. All up $672 worth for just $180.
Learn More - Savvy Shiraz; a Mixed Baker's DozenRegular Price $642.00 $240.00
Stunning 7 clone Barossa Shiraz, made by the Lienert Brothers, who used to sell fruit to St Henri, before deciding to keep the good stuff for their own bottlings. Multiple trophy winning Shiraz from Forester Margaret River, Claymore's consistently slurpable Dark Side of the Moon Clare Shiraz. Gold winning SB from Barristers Block and trophy winning SBS from Willowbridge. All this makes this a great value pack, but just in case you needed convincing, we added in a $250 a bottle Barossa Shiraz to help you over the line!
Learn More - Aussie Alternative WhitesRegular Price $187.00 $120.00
If alternative whites are your jam, butter up! Here's a selection of 6 slippery suckers with nary a Chardonnay or a Sauvvy Blanc in sight. All tasted and retasted by our panel and all given the thumbs up. Langmeil’s gold medal winning blend of Rhone varietals Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne. A couple of superb Fianos from McLaren Vale. A magic Sem from the Hunter and a couple of gorgeous PGs- one from the Clare and the other from the Adelaide Hills. All drinking beautifully, right now!
Learn More - Magical Alternative Reds from Aus, Spain and ItalyRegular Price $311.00 $140.00
A premium alternatives pack which we think is a bit of a no-brainer. We kick off with the following four Aussie alternatives. After Five's 5 trophy winning Barossa Montepulciano, which is as good a Monte we have ever seen. From Kilikanoon, their stunning, $96, 96 point, flagship Grenache. Artis brings us a magnificently perfumed Nero and Songlines, an old vine, 100% whole bunch Barossa Grenache. Then we have a Riserva Chianti from the low yielding and fabulous 2020 vintage, and a densely powerful Rioja, made by one of just 2 producers who are more than a century old. These are all excellent and we've no doubt you'll have as much fun with them as we do..
