Spectacularly graceful yet powerful Chardy made from Dijon clones 76, 95, 96 and 277. Stonefruits, citrus, hazelnuts, ginger powder, florals and crystalline acidity. Maximum of 3 tonnes per acre from their non-irrigated vineyard. Fruit is handpicked at about 12 Baumé with 40% retained as whole bunches. The wine is lees stirred in barrel once a week.
