  1. Leconfield Syn Cuvee Blanc NV
    $22.00
A remarkably fresh sparkling white made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit from the Coonawarra. It has a lively, creamy, mousse and a full, supple body. (And yes, much better looking than Abbott in Speedos). Enjoy it now in all its youthful glory as an aperitif, or with shellfish and seafood. Syn(ful) indeed! Learn More
  2. Leconfield Syn Sparkling Coonawarra Shiraz
    $22.00
This is a punchy, richly fruited fizzy Shiraz, with a bit of oak and liqueur to give it creaminess and balance. Raspberries and cholocate lead the charge, well supported by other berry fruit flavours. Served chilled as a perfect match with duck terrine, chicken liver pâte and venison dishes. Learn More
  3. Tomich 'M' Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot NV
    $22.00
This is the best release of this product we have seen to date. It’s 100% estate grown Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is an excellent drink, with plenty of fresh ripe strawberries, stone fruits, citrus and other mouthwatering goodies. Learn More
  4. Tomich 'T' Sparkling NV
Special Price $26.00 Regular Price $30.00
Depth and freshness are keywords here, as this wine offers both clarity of fruit and oodles of flavour. Red apple and mushroom, minerality and excellent acidity. It is lively enough to work as an aperitif or with fresh oysters and has the power to work beautifully with more robust seafood dishes. Learn More
  5. Tomich Woodside Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023
Special Price $25.00 Regular Price $35.00

Ken Gargett, from Wine Pilot, sums it up beautifully...

From a single vineyard in the Woodside sub-region of the Adelaide Hills, the fermentation was with wild yeasts and 30% whole bunches. Fermentation is in small batch open fermenters. The wine then enjoys eighteen months maturation in French barrels, 20% of which were new. Notes of spices, bright red fruits, red cherries, florals, hints of forest floor characters and animal skins. Red currants and raspberries emerge on the palate. This has bright acidity running the full journey, sleek tannins, balance and exemplary length. Drink for four to eight years. Love it, a Pinot of grace
