Located in South Australia, an hour or so northeast of Adelaide, the Barossa Valley was founded by German settlers, who took advantage of the warm climate of the region to produce fortified wine, which was popular in Australia at the time. Packed with flavour and yet quite delicate. We found apricot, lemon, oatmeal and herbaceousness on the nose, followed by a beautifully textured palate displaying expansive mouthfeel combined with delicate acidity. Learn More
