Wits End Atlas Shiraz 2019

Special Price $15.00 Regular Price $20.00
An aromatic Shiraz with bright red and blue fruits, spice and lip-smacking acidity. This is dangerously easy to drink and finishes with enough tannins to bring it into balance and give the wine length. Perfect with a feed of pasta topped with meaty ragu, pizza or tapas.

Wits End, produced by Chalk Hill, have been making quality booze sine 1964 from a couple of hundred acres of quality vineyard. They have steadily moved their house style towards production of bright fruited wines with sparing use of oak and good acidity balanced with tannins but not too much tannins. The net result allows them to show off the brilliant concentration of fruit they create in the vineyard.
