This Tawny has spent over 38 years in barrel slowly oxidizing and becoming aldehydic in the process. It is amber and brown in colour and packed with nuttiness and raisins. Produced from 120-year-old Grenache bush vines and 80 year old Shiraz vines. The fruit is cold soaked for 14 days before a slow ferment. It is then pressed into new and 2 year old oak where it is allowed to mature 18 months.
