Willunga 100 Tempranillo 2016
Special Price $19.00 Regular Price $25.00
This is a properly lip smacking Tempranillo. Aromas of black cherries, musk, plum, spice and coffee. The palate is big but balanced, with more cherry, spice and some blackberries too. Old French oak provides a little cedar and there is plenty of acid and fine tannin providing structure here.

He was succeeded by Tim James in 2010, who in various past lives has been a managing director of Wirra Wirra a winemaker/production director for Hardy’s and director of the Australian Wine research Institute. Since 2013 the winemaking team has been headed by Mike Farmilo, a former maker of Penfolds Grange, St Henri and Bin 707 and twice winner of the Jimmy Watson Trophy. Mike has been making wine in McLaren Vale for over 30 years and is a legend of the industry.
