    High-end Chardonnay made from just one (96) Burgundian clone. Whole cluster fermentation, leads to time on lees in barrel with plenty of stirring to build texture. Good acid and a mineral line give support to stonefruits, mealy characters, and a suggestion of gently toasted hazelnuts.
