Medium to full bodied, offering spice, violets and plenty of fruit. Plentiful plum and black cherry here, blackberry, pepper, vanilla and more. A relatively soft Shiraz this, with fruits on full display, minimal oak and fine tannins to finish. Great drinking over the next year or four. A Gold, Top Gold and Trophy winner at the Adelaide Show and also a Gold, Top Gold and Trophy winner at the Queensland Show.
Wow! Exceptional purity of fruit here with plum, red berries, thyme and a smidge of eucalypt on the nose. The palate offers these, and whilst initially a little closed, breathes to offer plushness. Expressive plums and red fruits. There is oak, but it is supportive in the best kind of way - encouraging the fruit to be its best whilst never threatening to micromanage. Supremely elegant and, with air, lip smacking delicious.
Yum! Lemon curd, citrus, melon and nectarine and white floral blossoms. A hint of salinity. Has richness and texture but strikes a perfect balance between mouthwatering crispness and textural come-hitherness. A glorious expression of Margaret River Chardonnay which picked up a gold medal at Adelaide to go with its Golds and 3 Trophies elsewhere...
This is a stunner every year. With 25% of the fruit added to the ferment as whole bunches to give perfume and zest, the remaining fruit is hand plunged and basket pressed into big, old oak where it spends almost a year sitting on its solids, adding texture and class. Has stunning intensity of bright fruit aromas and flavours of cherry and raspberry along with spice, herbs and superfine tannins. A Gold, Top Gold and Trophy Winner at the Adelaide Show.

Deep Woods have quite the knack of picking up trophies. This is the third iteration of their Margaret River Ivory SSB to score a Gold, Top Gold and Trophy at the Royal Adelaide Show! This edition has a heap of zip and crunch as lime, salinity, passionfruit, lemon curd and blossoms collide. As we’ve come to expect, perfectly attenuated acidity gives lift and life.
A delightful, Italian inspired, medium bodied, three way blend of Montepulciano, Negroamaro and Aglianico. Superb fruits here, with cherries, plums, dried oregano, florals and cedar all playing a part in what is both a complex, beguiling and seamless red wine. A ripper, thoroughly deserving of its Gold and Top Gold medals at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show.

Pretty much a perfect expression of Malbec here, which loses nothing to its Argentinian competition. Concentrated cherry and cherry pip, raspberry, wood smoke, smoked meats and cassis can all be found here. This is rich, plush and finishes with waxy, mouth-coating tannins. A magical Malbec. Gold, Top Gold and Trophy winner at the Adelaide Show. An additional 2 gold medals and a Top Gold elsewhere.
Tight and Italiente on opening, airing sees bright red fruit, spice, red apple skin and more emerge. The wine manages to be both bright and mid-weight, and yet offers supremely concentrated fruits which blossom as the wine breathes. This looked amazing a couple of hours after opening. A deserved Gold and Top Gold medal winner at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show.
Light, clear, mouthwatering and zippy. Plenty of fresh green apple and juicy pears on the go here. Crisp and refreshing, the light body allowing exceptional fruits to shine. This is a wonderfully sating first glass that then demands a second. We bench tested this against PG's at 2 and 3 times the price and it came out comfortably ahead of them. A Gold, Top Gold and Trophy Winner at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show.

Exceptional value for what is an extraordinarily high quality Margaret River Cab blend. Medium to full bodied with mulberry, just ripe plum, rose, and violet on the nose. Black olive, damson plum, graphite, bay leaf, smoky woody notes, cedar and tobacco on the palate. Fine but persistent and persuasive tannins to finish and plenty of acid. Decant or cellar for 10+. A Gold, Top Gold and Trophy winner at the Adelaide Show.
Pale straw yellow in colour, this old vine Watervale Riesling offers lemons and limes, green apple, jasmine and a sneaky hint of pear. A little air sees a suggestion of green herbs emerge. The length and fruit intensity are just lovely. A Gold and Top Gold winner at the Adelaide Show.
