Allow us to prattle on a little more about this...

Three a piece of four absolutely stunning Shiraz, perfect for that summer evening red meat on the BBQ. Hamilton’s Centurion off 120+ year old vines in the McLaren Vale is pure class with lush deep purple and black fruit and fine tannins - old vines, expertly crafted. Tomich and Curtis both offer intensely fruited McLaren Vale Shiraz here. Plenty of classic oak, with lashings of rich berry fruit and coffee and baking spices, with an elegant Mediterranean backbone. (Something like Adam Gilchrist and Jennifer Lopez in a tomato throwing contest..). Lastly, Irvine’s divine Estate Shiraz is absolutely beautiful and won the Best Shiraz at the Barossa Wine Show recently. The cool climate nature of this number makes for excellent comparison between the others. Plenty of velvety fruits and silky tannins along the finish line. There’s $714 worth of wine here that you can have for $250.
