Sparkling Red wine is inherently Australian, with the first instances of it being traced back to the late 1800s in Victoria… but you can Google that yourself. What we’re interested in is what’s currently available and drinking well… there’s something quite life-enriching about finding a sparkling red that hits you in all the right spots.
