Six Brothers Tasmania Pinot Noir 2018

Special Price $55.00 Regular Price $60.00
A cracking Tassie Pinot with plenty of prettiness, persistence and power. A pretty perfume of plums, pomegranate and cherries leads to a palate laden with bright and deep fruits, graphite, spice and plums. Already good, this should be incredible in the next 2-5 years.

The superb Stonehaven winery, which was mothballed briefly was resurrected by ex-Hawthorn player Richie Vandenberg, whose family has a history of growing grapes in the Limestone Coast. Working with fruit from the Coonawarra, Tasmania, The Adelaide Hills, Padthaway, Wrattonbully, Robe, Mt Benson and Mt Gambier, Vandenberg wines have access to exceptional fruit and releases a good number of exceptionally good value for money wines under a number of their own labels, including Six Brothers, Vandenberg and The Hidden Sea.

Despite this, Pinot wines are among the most popular in the world. Joel Fleischman of Vanity Fair describes Pinot noir as "the most romantic of wines, with so voluptuous a perfume, so sweet
