To be an ‘artisan’ is very much about setting your own path driven by a human desire to explore, experiment and to express ourselves. To create and share things shaped in our mind and made by our own hands for the enjoyment of others. Often proffered with a simple “I made this, please enjoy”. A tinge of pride yes, but hubris never. - Artisans of Barossa.

Located in McLaren Vale, Richard Hamilton and Leconfield Wines are the home of three South Australian wine labels- Leconfield Coonawarra, Syn Sparkling Wines and Richard Hamilton Wines. The Leconfield vineyards which produce the Richard Hamilton fruit are well established, with some of the oldest vines in the region.

Greenock Creek was established by Michael and Annabel Waugh in 1984 after buying a rundown house beside the Seppeltsfield estate with a couple of acres of old Shiraz vines already planted along the creek line.

Thompson Estate is a Margaret River winery based in the dress circle sub region of Wilyabrup, along with Moss Wood, Cullen, Woodlands, Pierro, Fraser Gallop, Gralyn and Vasse Felix. 

You might know a bit more about the wines of Yangarra than you do those of Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard but they do share a connection as the Jackson Family own both (along with 34 other wineries around the world). Yangarra’ s winemaker, Pete Fraser also helps out with the production of the Hickinbotham wines.

We are absolutely delighted to be offering Picardy Wines! Our Buyer & Sales Manager, Matt Wallace was the assistant winemaker there between 2000 and 2004.

Sharing a winemaker with Dandelion Vineyards is Heirloom Vineyards, which began its life in the 2000 vintage with the intention of making exceptional wines from primarily old vineyards, planted to the best clones and embracing organic and biodynamic principles.

Dandelion Vineyards make wines from the McLaren Vale, the Barossa, Eden Valley, Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula.

We've been lucky enough to stock Bleasdale Vineyards on and off for a few years. We are now delighted to have in stock their first ever Grenache, a Shiraz and a Cabernet - all three got the universal thumbs up from our tasting panel.

Tim Smith Wines was established in 2001 following Tim's return to the Barossa from a winemaking scholarship in the Rhone Valley, awarded by the Barossa Grape and Wine Association.  Tim was selected due to the promise he had shown as a winemaker.

Year in year out this is one of Australia’s most consistent and consistently underpriced wineries. They offer a level of polish and sophistication we normally (but don’t always) see in reds priced at $50 and over per bottle and are a 5 Star James Halliday rated winery.

Steve was hands on from the beginning, getting his hands dirty with picking, pruning and cellar hand work and planting his own vineyards, building his first winery.
