A glorious Riesling from the 2022 vintage, widely considered the equal of the great 2002 and 2021 vintages. Stephen Pannel commented that, “2022 (Clare) Rieslings are particularly strong, the stylish nature of these wines and the purity of their varietal character show the strength of the beautiful Clare Valley as a Riesling stronghold." A wonderful, textural, stonefruit driven and buttery, full bodied Chardonnay. Just the best fruit is taken from Dowies elevated, sandy soiled Blewitt Springs Vineyards. After a gentle press without the use of rollers, a mix of whole berries and juice is inoculated with yeast, and once that is rolling is transferred to older French oak. Ferment finishes and the lees stirring begins, building layers of texture and creaminess which is bolstered by malolactic fermentation. This is fully worked Chardonnay in all its glory. Learn More

Early picked, partially amphorae fermented on wild yeasts, basket pressed with minimal added sulfur and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Packed with flavour and yet quite delicate. We found apricot, lemon, oatmeal and herbaceousness on the nose, followed by a beautifully textured palate displaying expansive mouthfeel combined with delicate acidity. Learn More

Both grown on the estate and sourced from quality growers, the grapes are crushed and destemmed straight into the press to retain delicacy and aromatics and minimise colour transfer from the skins. The wine’s salmon pink colour is matched by a delicate strawberry aroma along with citrus blossom. The palate offers cherry and strawberry flavours and a creamy texture. The 2024 is now 100% made from Grenache selectively picked from Block 32. Gently airbag pressed and fermented with the juice being allowed to settle prior to a long, cool ferment to help maintain all the lovely notes from vintage 2024. Following fermentation, the wine was left on lees for the right balance, structure and mouthfeel.
