This is one of our favourite wines at the moment - an exceptional old vine Barossa Shiraz which straddles old and new schools with aplomb. The nose is bright and aromatic, the fruit dense, blue, black and utterly beguiling. We don't have much of this, and cannot recommend it to you highly enough. Here's an incredible old Vine Barossa Shiraz rated 96pts by Sam Kim. There's old vine fruit from Greenock, Marananga and Stonewell. All of these vineyards are low yielding and combine to conjure a wine with explosive fruit, complexity and depth. This wine is a stunner.
