There's 4 bottles each of the Solaris Adelaide Hills Chardy, a textural lovely replete with ripe and pendulous stonefruits along with rockmelon, vanilla, crème brûlée and brioche. Little wonder this is one of the most fancied Pinot in the country at the moment. Next up Heirloom's Velvet Fog, a powerful, almost muscular wine which is elevated by its nuanced red fruit perfume. Riposte's Dagger is light to medium bodied with delicate aromatics and the Solaris is another Adelaide Hills Pinot with plenty of flavour and an excellent texture.
