Nillahcootie Shiraz 2013

Special Price $30.00 Regular Price $35.00
A delicious, slow grown cool climate shiraz at the peak of its powers now and over the next few years. Tannins are very fine and quite soft, the acid backbone holding the wine together and allowing the lovely fruit to shine. We saw cracked black pepper, other spices and plenty of blue fruits. The acid points to cool climate production but is also offset by the generosity and expressiveness of the fruit.
