Allow us to prattle on a little more about this...

Ever get a bit shaky about pulling out the feather duster midweek, to discover some new wines? We make these packs so you can forget that feeling for ever. Wykari from the Clare Valley do everything by hand. Their ‘Naughty Girl’ Shiraz from 2014 is dark and spicy, with plenty of juicy vibrancy, black cherry and fine tannins. Curtis Cavaliere Shiraz comes with 4.5 stars from Winestate and celebrates quality McLaren Vale Shiraz. Add a tinge of Cabernet and you’ve got Grant Burge’s GB 51. This one is consistently fine with blue fruits, velvety oak and good length. The Cabernet Merlot from Willowglen is in the same ballpark too, with lighter blueberry fruits. We love Hesketh and can still remember when the Protagonist passed the tasting bench. It’s not too complex (perfect for pizza) and is bursting with ripe, dark fruit. Finally, a nod to French wine production with Geoff Hardy’s Meritage – a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Plenty of plum flavour and delicate spice. Don’t feel bad about pulling out something from your wine stash midweek ever again.
