The Heavy Hitting Shiraz Pack v1.0 was hugely successful — but its time had come. The Mitchell Wines Peppertree Shiraz 2018 is sold out. So we had a hard decision to make… kill it, or make it better.

Fortunately, we’ve been able to slot in the Mitchell Kalmar Shiraz. The Kalmar single vineyard is a component of Peppertree pretty much every year. In 2018 it was so exceptional that Mitchell bottled it as a premium, single-vineyard release. The Kalmar costs us more than the Peppertree, but we’ve kept the pricing the same. We're good like that.
