Longview is situated in one the best bits of the Hills, namely Macclesfield. All of their wines are single vineyard and estate grown, with reds grown on the northern slopes, catching that bit more sun which promotes additional ripeness. The whites are planted on the southern aspect, which is a little cooler, promoting additional acidity and retaining of bright fruit fragrance and flavours.
