    Why We Chose This Wine

    A lovely, vibrantly fragrant and juicy PG. Packed with nashi pears, green apple, citrus and stonefruit this is a textbook 'full fun' PG. Works as a standalone drink but also great with a range of foods.

    Johann Gramp first planted grapes on the banks of Jacob’s Creek in the Barossa in 1847, beginning a 178 year tradition of viticulture and winemaking. Whilst Jacob’s Creek do make some expensive wines, like their Survivor Vine series and 57 year old Tawny, their wines mostly live in $9 to $20 territory and typically offer superb value for money.

    Pinot Gris was first introduced into Australia in 1832 in the collection of grapes brought by James Busby. In Victoria, wines from the grape are labeled both Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio, depending on the sweetness of wine with the drier wines being labeled Pinot Grigio.
