A lovely mid-week splash, with black fruits, woodsmoke and herbs. Super easy drinking and generously fruited. We move on to the Curator Wine Co. Marananga Shiraz. Exceptional fruit from Marananga is handpicked, open fermented and basket pressed into French oak. The result, a densely perfumed beauty reeking of black fruits, smoked meat, spice and cedar all wrapped up in a gorgeously smooth and long palate. You’ll also be cracking into the Pasha Shiraz, a multi-award winning, super premium offering which is packed with uber ripe black fruits, dark cherry, polish, pepper and chocolate. Richness is tamed with good acidity, providing a backbone for all that expressiveness to hang on to and in so doing, show to best effect. Stunning!
