Allow us to prattle on a little more about this...

Rich, ripe, delicious and cellar-worthy all come to mind with this lot of Harry High Points. With 95 points, the Centurion is an ethereal drinking pleasure. New French oak, ruby red inviting fruits and lengthy, silky tannins invoking vanilla, cedar and mocha. Kilikanoon's 96 point Clare Shiraz Cab blend is classy and big. The fruit here is stunning, with black and blue berries, chocolate and nuts all wrapped up in a gloriously silken texture. Martins 95 point is lighter on its feet but still commanding deep and rich blue and black fruits across some American Oak. A couple of stunners from Heirloom with their Barossa Shiraz and Coonawarra Cabernet sporting 5 and 6 golds respectively. Heirloom’s Shiraz is polished, smooth and excellent drinking with subtle oak meeting black and blue fruits - a fantastic version of a Barossa Valley stalwart. From the Coonawarra comes their equally impressive Cabernet showing red fruits, bramble, olive and some dried herbs entwined with some French oak characters. Finally, Curtis Cavaliere with 94 points is just reliable, excellent McLaren Vale Shiraz. 60-year old vines produce this big and bold edition full of dark fruits and generous tannins. All of these wines are drinking superbly now with a go through the decanter or will happily cellar for the next decade or even longer.
