This mob seem to have a way with Sauv Blanc and Shiraz. And Cabernet. And other stuff. The 09 vintage Sauvy picked up James Halliday’s best SB of the year and every vintage since has scored in the 90s. The 15 vintage streeted a field of 78 entries at the 2015 Royal Adelaide Wine Show to pick up one of only 3 gold medals and was also awarded the Trophy for best Sauvignon Blanc in Show. Pretty much every vintage between had been lauded, bouqueted, oiled, slapped on the back and generally applauded. The 16 vintage has just been released. No bling yet but we are quietly comfortable it will come...
