We don't often offer you packs filled with aged reds, because it is hard to track down really high quality aged reds in decent quantities. Then the tasting panel have to agree on all of them and we're an argumentative lot when it comes to wine. Sometimes you just want a red with a bit of experience under its belt- still offering the vivacious fruit of youth but with the rough edges knocked off, the fruit if anything more vibrantly on show thanks to the more harmonious structure underpinning it.
