Massive- a big, dark and super rich red wine, yet smooth and textural. Plenty of oak, and good acidity. On the tasting panel, we kinda expected to hate this, given it's 16.3% alcohol – fair to say we were wrong! Learn More

Whilst 2020 was a challenging growing season and yields were very low, fruit quality and concentration were excellent, even exemplary. There is concentrated black and blue fruit here, along with cedar and spice. The acid is fantastic, playing the perfect underscore to the fruit and giving this wine excellent lift and length. A varietally fragrant, medium-bodied, and intensely fruited Cabernet from the Kilikanoon stable. Violets, black cherries, and blackcurrants announce themselves on the nose and then invite themselves in to lie on a plush bed of tannin fluffed atop a selection of gorgeous cedar. This is just the 3rd release of a cane cut Riesling from Petaluma. Its source, the Hanlin Hill Vineyard, was planted in 1968, at 550m above sea level and produces full-flavoured, slaty Rieslings of the highest quality. ‘Canecut’ refers to the process of partially or completely cutting the fruiting canes from the vine and allowing the fruit to air dry for a period of time. This concentrates flavours, sugar and acidity. The resulting fruit was then handpicked and whole bunch pressed before fermentation. Ferment was stopped with 155g/l sugar remaining in the wine. Flavours of lemon, lime and sherbet are balanced by acidity and a slaty edge. Great with Asian dishes, especially where chilli and seafood are involved. Learn More
