We're very excited to be offering this 6 pack, replete with 3 bottles apiece of Jean Loron's exceptional White Burgundy, aka French Chardonnay, from a place that arguably does Chardy better than anywhere else on the planet. Also heading your way, should you choose to order, 3 bottles of Heirloom's magical 'Assens Fortalice' Adelaide Hills cuvée. Both are slap in the middle of their perfect drinking windows too, being from the 2019 and 2018 vintages. Burgundy expert Bill Nanson said of the Jean Loron in 2020 'this wine is about the future ... more complexity and vibrance to this aroma, more barrel, saline, concentrated and certainly mineral. The finish is subtle but very persistent. The oak is an ever-present but here’s a wine that’s rather complete – and having tasted older vintages I know that the oak fades into the background – you should give this wine at least 3 years in the cellar – or I would anyway.
