We don't often offer you packs filled with aged reds, because it is hard to track down really high quality aged reds in decent quantities. Then the tasting panel have to agree on all of them and we're an argumentative lot when it comes to wine. Just the good stuff here for less than $25 a bottle. These have all picked up 95 points or more somewhere and deservedly so.

The Brothers at War picked up a Gold medal and was just pipped for a Trophy at the Adelaide Show. Metala’s ‘1891’ Cab just scored 95 from Kim Brebach who called it a powerhouse and worth every penny of its asking price.

The Lienert Shiraz is made by former Penfolds St Henri growers and has exceptional clarity and depth of fruit. Kim Brebach gave it 95 as did Ray Jordan who called it exquisitely poised, with driving intensity, an excellent wine.

The Cutis Small Batch sports 96pts. and is old vine, black fruited, full tilt, McLaren Vale Shiraz.

Finally, the Yaldara Grand also has 2x96 and a 95’er and is incredible- mixing black fruited power with a elegance which makes it something very special indeed.

A wonderful selection of red wines from the Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale and Barossa Valley. The Sieben Klon is a 95 pointer made by former St Henri growers, the Metala Legacy is as good a Cab as the Langhorne can make (which is mighty fine). Dowie Doole's Shiraz has black fruits, but also, and much rarer, blue fruits too. It is a belter. If all Shiraz had black and blue fruits, no one would buy anything else! Lone Palm's Old Vine Grenache will sell out in a few months and the Angas King Reserve is incredibly fresh for its age and has at least a decade ahead of it. Save over 65% on this magical mixed baker’s doz with multiple gold medals, and plenty of effusive words from worthy wine scribes. There’s Lloyd Brothers Méthode Champenoise Adelaide Hills Sparkling. Méthode Champenoise refers to the laborious process whereby the wine is aged on lees in bottle to build complexity and depth of flavour. Costs a lot of both money and time to produce sparkling this way but the results in this instance are undeniable. See also Villa Fresco Frizzante, an Aussie Alternative to prosecco, packed with vibrant fruit and gorgeous bubbles. See also Clare Riesling from Kilikanoon. On the red front, the concentrated, 95pt Kilikanoon Shiraz, 2 delicious Cabernets, and half a dozen awesome Shiraz from the Barossa, McLaren Vale, and Langhorne Creek. Included is the magnificent Stonehouse Neldner Old Vine Shiraz. This $150 a bottle Barossa Valley, old vine powerhouse inspired which has inspired more than a few comparisons to Penfolds Grange. We kick off with the celebrated Heirloom Alcala Grenache. The '22 picked up the Decanter Trophy for world's best Grenache in a substantial field of heavy hitting Grenache from Aus, France, Spain, California and more. There's also Lone Palm's Old Vine Grenache, a wine made in tiny quantities which we rate as highly as the Alcala. Then the Sieben Klon, a multi clonal, ethereal Barossa Grenache which is altogether lighter, but no less compelling. From there, excellent examples of Tempranillo, Montepulciano and Sangiovese made by Mike Farmilo, who use to make Penfolds Grange. These are genuinely excellent too! Learn More
