    A couple of Shiraz parcels from the 19 vintage stood out as being particularly high quality. These were kept separate and treated to a fairly high percentage of spankin’ new French oak. Black fruits, cherries, plums and pepper, a glorious richness is underpinned by plenty of acid fine tannins.
