This is a lively and fruit-driven take on Pinot Gris, bursting with aromas of ripe pear, apple and spice along with citrus. The palate is superbly textural, thanks to the fruit having been picked ripe. It is super easy drinking.

A-grade PG grapes here treated to a cool fermentation. The result, bright aromatics of mouthwateringly crisp apple and ripe pear. Citrus and honey in the mix too. The texture is lovely making this very easy to drink.
A super expressive Pinot Gris, packed with fresh nashi pears and florals, a hint and a streak of minerality. Fruit is in the driver's stage, with acid in second place, being closely stalked by texture. The wine will become more textural with time but already looks good. Just a few months of lees stirring in 25% new French oak, and juice oxidization prior to ferment give this superb weight and texture. Even better than the excellent 2024 vintage.
