    A wine that is both powerful and zesty with black fruits ceding to citrus thanks to the inclusion of a small percentage of Riesling juice and skins in the ferment. There are plums, mulberries, spice, lavender, earth, citrus, balsamic and more in this powerful and complex blend. Decant is you are going to drink now – otherwise consider cellaring.

    Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. Shiraz blended with Riesling is an old and relatively uncommon Aussie tradition. The erstwhile Zar and Elena Brooks borrowed this idea and made it new again with this delicious, deep and zingy wine which includes a good measure of blue fruits. This is thick, rich and perfumed with violets, blue fruits, plums and stonefruitery. Finishes with chalky tannins. It is old, new, borrowed, blue and exceptional.

    Shiraz blended with Riesling is an old and relatively uncommon Aussie tradition. The erstwhile Zar and Elena Brooks borrowed this idea and made it new again with this delicious juicy wine packed with chocolate, red fruits, plums and rhubarb. Finishes dry with lovely soft tannins. Drinking beautifully.
