Peach and citrus aromas are supported by a little cedary French oak. Stone fruits and buttery goodness all at play on the palate which leads to a clean, dry finish.

Bright tropical fruits with guava and green mango melding with apple and a citric acid zing. A little skin contact is allowed during ferment to encourage texture and ferment is completed in concrete eggs. Planted in in 1992, the Hoopers had their first vintage in '96, eventually achieving organic and biodynamic certification in 2005. Their entire operation is off grid.

A riper, richer style of Riesling than you might be familiar with, sourced as it is from McLaren Vale vines. Florals and tropical aromas abound and the palate presents lime, lemons and green apple in a plush setting. Perfect with Asian dished with a bit of spice.

3 x Growers Gate Pinot Grigio 2021 (RRP $15.00)

South Australia

Tidy and crisp, this is a Pinot Grigio with the obvious pear up front, but backed by a lick of lemon sweetness and a tantalizing acidity that takes everything up a notch.
