Henry's Drive Scarlet Letter Sparkling Shiraz

One thing the tasting panel knows for sure is that Henry’s Drive make very good Shiraz. The bubbly edition is thick and rich in the mouth, succulent and loaded with blackberries and spice - definitely good enough to crack with the object of your desire (no need to anger the gods of alchemy with cheap red and lemonade). Roast turkey, chook or duck match magnificently with this wine. Stuff your bird with a seasoning mix which includes star anise as the wine also offers this flavor.
