The climate of the Bendigo area allows us to fully ripen the fruit and avoid green stalkiness. The warm days and cool nights give rich colour to the wines, without the plumminess of overripe fruit. Aged for 24 months in French Oak, this lovely wine will improve considerably with bottle age, before reaching its peak drinking condition.
