Here’s a pack filled with premium whites designed for current consumption. Features a brilliant Pinot Gris from Pike and Joyce in addition to their Sauvignon Blanc. These wines alone retail for $28 per bottle. We’ve also included best offerings from Kilikanoon, Primo estate and a brilliant fragrant white from Zonte’s Footstep. Rounding out the pack is an exquisite, trophy winning Viognier from former Fox Creek winemaker, Chris Dix. Exceptional value for money.

Premium Reds- $140

This may be our finest offer #2 yet. Includes Rymill’s Coonawarra Shiraz from the superb 2004 vintage. A brilliant Cab Merlot from Tim Adams which has spent 24 months in French oak and Zonte’s velvety Cabernet Malbec. We also showcase 3 other exceptional wines. Kilikanoon’s Killermans run Shiraz Grenache with double gold and best Rhone blend awards in tow, the massive Madelines Shiraz 2008 which will cellar for over a decade and a Shiraz from Rolf Binders famed Barossa winery. Rolf is perhaps better known abroad, where his top wines regularly score 94-99/100 in international wine publications inclusing the Wine Advocate and Wine spectator. Great stuff.

Top end Shiraz- $180

Features Gemtree, Claymore, Madelines, Killibinbin, Bird in Hand and Tim Adams. A fantastic selection of quality Shiraz. Suitable for current consumption with a decant, and well worth cellaring. Includes wines with 93/100 and 95/100 from Halliday, 5 stars in Winestate. The Killibinbin has not been shown or submitted for review and the Madelines and Claymore have only been recently released. We are quietly confident these last 2 will do very well once they have been shown.

Plenty of Cabernet- $150

Heavy on the Tim Adams, this is a quality Cabernet Pack designed for current consumption. You may not have heard yet of Madelines but we suspect the word will spread pretty quickly. Madelines is the boutique brand of former Fox Creek winemaker Chris Dix. Chris produced big, complex booze with more than a veneer of finesse… This Cab drinks well now but will reward a significant stint in the cellar.

Premium Red 6 Pack- $160

This pack features a big dose of the Barossa from boutique producers Rolf Binder, Massena and The Willows. Rolf Binder wines are one of the Valley’s most accoladed, with his top wines regularly scoring 94-99/100 in esteemed international publications. This pack features 2 of Rolf’s top wines. Massena is the brainchild of 2 former turkey Flat winemakers, and this particular wine was awarded 94/100 by US luminary Robert Parker. The Willows is owned and produced by former Peter Lehmann red winemaker Peter Scholz. Good stuff. Also featuresd is Tatachilla’s flagship ‘Foundation’ Shiraz and Sanguine Estate’s Heathcote Shiraz. Sanguine consistently produces one of the region’s and indeed Australia’s finest Shiraz.
